My Core Teaching Beliefs
My teaching philosophy is built upon education that goes beyond delivering information—it is about inspiring, supporting, and guiding scholars toward discovering their strengths. My background in human resources, leadership, business development, marketing, event planning, project management, and strategic reporting has given me the tools to teach with real-world relevance. I strive to connect classroom content to practical application, helping scholars see how their learning translates into professional success.

A Moment of Impact
This picture shows a moment of impact for me. This was the year I was offered the opportunity to partner with Arkansas Rehabilitation Service TEP program to work with students all over the state of Arkansas. The program was designed to assist high school students with disabilities that have completed the 11th grade in discover their skills, abilities, interest, strengthen and career goals. The purpose of this program is this program is to help students and families prepare for the next chapter in their students’ life. Most importantly give them a since of community and resources to help them be successful.
Seeing their newfound enthusiasm and self-assurance was incredibly rewarding and reaffirmed my belief in the power of personalized instruction and encouragement working in partnership with this program.

Adapting to Diverse Learning Styles
I recognize that scholars learn in various ways, and I strive to cater to those diverse needs through my teaching methods. I incorporate visual aids, hands-on activities, group discussions, and independent projects to provide a well-rounded learning experience. I also encourage students to communicate their preferred learning styles so that I can tailor my instruction to better meet their individual needs.

Beyond the Subject Matter
My goal is for scholars to leave my classroom or programs not only with a solid understanding of the subject matter but also with valuable life skills. I hope they develop critical thinking abilities, effective communication skills, and a lifelong passion for learning. Ultimately, I want them to become confident, well-rounded individuals who are prepared to make a positive impact on the world.
